Frozen Mango Yogurt SERVES 1-2 PEOPLE
INGREDIENTS:
 1 Mango
1/2 cup non fat greek yogurt
METHOD
- Cut up mango into small chunks and freeze overnight in a plastic zip lock bag.
- Put the frozen mango into a blender or food processor (I recomend using a food processor unless you have a really good blender) and add no fat greek yogurt.
- Process untill combined, it should look really thick and have no chunks.
- Serve with your choice of topping:    eg) frozen berries, strawberries, granola ect :)
